1. What do I get with my subscription? 

You will receive a box full of products for you & your babe (or just you if you choose our just moms box) every season! These brands are all tested by us and most are small family owned businesses here in the US! You will also receive access to a members only market where you can buy past season products for up to 75% off! You will also receive exclusive content to your email, special discounts and offers from brands and we even have a private Facebook group for moms to get advice and talk about motherhood! 

 

2. Do you take returns or exchanges?

Moms + Babes purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. Returns and exchanges are available for defective or damaged products within 30 days of purchase.  For more details see our Refunds Policy

3. Do I choose a gender for the box?

Nope! Our box is gender neutral so no need to choose between girl and boy.

  

4. Cancellation policy?

You can cancel at any point before the next billing cycle by logging in under manage my subscription. 

 

5. How does the subscription work?

Once signed up, your box will auto-renew every three months based on delivery schedule. You will be sent a curated collection of at least six full-size, premium products delivered straight to you and your babe 4x per year. Each box is limited edition and contains at least $150+ in retail value. Boxes are shipped in March, June, September, and December.

 

6. Can I buy just one box?

Yes of course! You will be able to purchase a single box in our shop from previous seasons. The Moms + Babes box is the perfect gift for a baby shower, new mom- or you can buy the box for yourself to see if you'd like to subscribe to future. We also sell curated gift boxes, as well as wonderful products for new moms and moms-to-be. 

 

7. When will my box ship?

You will receive the current season box up until 5 days before the bill date. On the 10th before the bill date every month, you will automatically get the next box. For example, if you subscribe September 1st, you will receive the Summer box and then be charged again on the 15th and receive the Fall box. If you subscribe September 10th, you will receive the Fall box when it ships, and will not be charged again until the next season bill date.
If you're signed up as a subscriber, you can expect your box within the below windows.
It will take 3-5 business days to ship. Please keep this in mind if ordering a gift. If the order is time sensitive, we suggest purchasing a gift card. Thanks for your patience!

8. Will I pay for shipping?

Shipping is included within the US and takes 2-8 business days once the order has been placed depending on where you are located.  Shipping to Canada is available at a $25 flat rate. If you are located somewhere else, please contact us and we can arrange as long as shipping fees are covered. We also have the option for priority 2 day shipping at checkout fo just $5!
